The unethical practices being practice inside this company . Wal-mart is a well known for their unethical practices concerning employes, labour union opposition . They consistently place profits before the health of their employees . Walmart has been accused of discriminating against women. Women had been denied training and promotion oppurtunities that are offered to men. In addition women are unpaid. That is men are paid more than women. In the year 2001 a suit has been filed against this because Walmart failed to provide equal employment for women. In fact , there sre 70% of women working at walmart , but only a small amount of women are managers. So , men are holding more management positions than women. In addition, Walmart is the nation's largest employer of women , but unfortunately they are being treated without dignity and respect. So, it seems that dicrimination is a big problem at Walmart .

* Now the another issue that Walmart is facing right now is the fact that emplyees wages are very low.
An average workers makes between $12000 and $17000 this amount is not that much according to the inflation level in the market . Basically, one of the reason for Walmart low wages is because they want to cut the operating costs and they want to continue offering the products at low prices. So, the ultimate defense is that it offers lower price ans somehow that justifies all sins.
* Labour union oppostion :Walmart is a non union organisation that feels it does not need third party intervention . So, instead of unions , Wlamart has an open door policy that encourages employees to take their complaints beyond management . It is unethical for Walmart to prohibit employees to talk to union representatives since according to the National Labour Relations Act , employers are not allowed to discourage employees from forming a union for they have that right . The complaint , filed with the National Labour Relations Board, alleges that Walmart violated  federal labour law by "bribing" employees to report on workers who favoured a union . Thus , Walmart is wrong by bribing employees for it encourages dihonest behavior ..
